A Businessman sells one consignment of engineering goods to a distributor. He is paid by way of cheque for Rs 1040000/-, which is the consideration amount.
The cheque is presented for payment to his Bank. But after 4 days his Bank informs him that the particular cheque has been returned unpaid because of reason-“Difference in signature”.
What are the steps and actions to be taken by the businessman? Please bring this out in proper sequence.
