details of the case are that the complainant, who is a lawyer also submitted in his complaint that one day he was sitting alone at his house at night and suddenly light went off. In absence of inverter at home he began to search candle and match-box to make light. After that he has nothing to do and suddenly got an idea to pass his time, he pulled out all the match sticks from the match box and began to count the same. On counting he found 43 match sticks in match box instead of 50 as claimed by manufacturer. In curiosity he opened another match box and found 40 sticks. Now he checked more match boxes but didn't find full 50 sticks in any of the match box. To find this his lawyer mind begin to think something else. And next day he was present in our Consumer Court with the prayer for compensation of Rs. 2 for himself and Rs. 15 lac pentalty to deposit in Consumer Legal Aid by Opposite Party.

As case is still under jurisdiction, so not able to give you the outcomes.
