READ THE FOLLOWING CASE STUDY AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS
THAT FOLLOW
Mohan has come from a village in Uttar Pradesh to visit Delhi. He goes to a famous
mall in South Delhi with his cousin Vijay. Vijay tells Mohan about the parking
facilities available in the mall. From the parking area they move towards the entry gate
of the mall where a guard frisks them and gives them entry to the mall. On the ground
floor they see that a huge Christmas tree is placed which was beautifully decorated
with stars and bells. They use the escalator and proceed towards the second floor where they see various shops selling branded garments, shoes, electronics, home decor
items, groceries etc. Mohan gets excited to see a big gaming shop where both the plays
play various games. After this they visit the food court of the mall where they eat their
lunch in a restaurant. Mohan tells Vijay to book tickets for a movie from the ticket
counter outside the cinema theatre on the third floor. Both of them watch the movie
and leave back for home at 8 pm.
