then length of the plot = 2x

from above question  2(3x) = 750 m

                                    6x = 750

                                      x = 125 m

⇒ breadth = x = 125 m

iv. Find the cost of fencing the plot.                              

given that cost of fence per meter = 50 Rs.

the cost per 750 m = 750 × 50 = 37500 Rs.

v. Revanth planted mango saplings for half the area of the plot and the rest he planned to cultivate vegetables. How much area is left for cultivating vegetables?

from given data area of the plot = length × breadth

                                                     = 250 × 125 = 31250 m²  

here Revanth  planted mango saplings for half of the area

the area of mango saplings = 31250/2 = 15625 m²  

the area left for cultivating vegetables = 31250 - 15625 = 15625 m²

the correct answer is 15625 m² [ which is not included in options ]
