The cases of suicide was increasing rapidly it was not good at all. Many news are coming of suicide by young students during examinations. This is because during the time of examination students get stressed.
They loss their sleep and appetite. They got tensed about their marks for that reason many young students commit suicide.
If young students eat healthy food during examinations and do Yoga and Meditation they can concentrate on their studies and can score good marks. Many studies are suffering from many from but they have to share their problems with elders or teachers.
We get our life once so comiting suicide is not a solution of any problem.
