CASESTUDY.

When the British governed Budan as a colony they administered the northern and southern provinces separately. Britishers created a government in hurry, drafted a Constitution outline and gave in dependence to the country in 1944.
People from Northern Budan people were prevented from holding positions of power in the South. In 1946, Arabic was made the language of administration in south and people of Northern Budan began to hold positions in South.

The Southern educated, trained in English, resented the change as they were kept out of their own government. Most power was given to the northern English speaking educated rich people based in Capital of Budan hartoum, causing unrest in the south.
All this gave opportunity to Military commander to seize power and dismiss elected government. He declared himsef to be new President and ordered amendment in constitution to give him unlimited powers. He ordered the Media to focus only on him and was prohibited to publish, broadcast and relay any information without his approval. He appointed his son to be Prime Minister after elections inwhich only one political party lead by his son participated.

On the basis of above case study answer the following questions:

(a) On what grounds will you classify Budan as Democratic or Non-Democratic country?

(b) Do you think political instability gave military commander to seize the power? Elaborate.

(c) Explain the importance of Constitution?

Answer:

This paragraph is about casestudy

Explanation:

In the social and life sciences, a case study is a research method involving an up-close, in-depth, and detailed examination of a particular case. For example, a case study in medicine may examine a specific patient a doctor treated, and a case study in business might study a particular firm's strategy. Generally, a case can be nearly any unit of analysis, including individuals, organizations, events, or actions.

Case studies can be produced by following a formal research method. These case studies are likely to appear in formal research venues, as journals and professional conferences, rather than in popular works. Case study research can mean single and multiple case studies, can include quantitative evidence, relies on multiple sources of evidence, and benefits from the prior development of theoretical propositions. Case studies may involve both qualitative and quantitative research methods.Single-subject research provides the statistical framework for making inferences from quantitative case-study data. Another suggestion is that case study should be defined as a "research strategy", an empirical inquiry that investigates a phenomenon within its real-life context. A case study does not necessarily have to be N=1, as there may be many observations within a case (many individuals and entities across many time periods).

The Constitution contains the most important rules of our political system. It protects the rights of the people inside the country, and it explains their obligations. It defines the institutions of South Africa, what their powers are, and how they may use their powers.
