Causes - Release of chemicals in marine areas from industries and factories. Which leads a large number of nutrient and food in marine areas it leads in increase in population of marine animals which leads to consumption of more and more oxygen.

Solution - 1. To keep check on the waste release in marine areas.
2. To clean the waste before ejecting it into marine areas.
3. If possible not to release waste in marine areas.
