Cause of water scarcity, suggested measures to conserve it

The main causes of water scarcity is the wastage of water and not using water judiciously.It is also due to the growing population and water is not available to all of them.Water pollution is also a reason for water scarcity as it reduces the amount of fresh water availability. Some of the measures to save water are :- * Using water judiciously and not allowing water wastage. * Repairing leaking taps to prevent leakage of water. * Reusing water.To use the water with which we washed clothes for watering plants. *We can save water by not watering plants or washing vehicles with a hose...which wastes a lot of water. * We should close the tap when we are brushing and not allow it to flow simply when we are not using it.
