Caused of Chuar rebellion:
(a) Government converted the rent free Palkan land into tarable land
(b) The chairs were subjected to appression by the British rulers and their agents like the money lenders , contractor,and others
(c) Company had also levied highrate revenue on the local landlords and the defaulters had been confiscated failing to pay off the dense.
(d)Resumption of the land by the government was the most serious causes of this revolt.
