Drought Causes
There are many drought causes and some of the most common ones are:
Deficiency in rainfall
A prolonged period without rain can cause a region to dry out. Drought can also be triggered when the amount of reflected sunlight is high. The amount of water vapor present in the atmosphere is what effects the precipitation of a place. When there are moist and low pressure systems, there are high chances of rain, snow and hail to occur. But the reverse would happen when there are high pressure air systems, less water vapor would be available to create precipitation and this would result in water deficiency.
The same happens when air masses are shifted by winds and continental air that is warm and dry moves over an area instead of cool and moist air masses from the ocean. El Nino also affects the level of precipitation as they tend to make wet places drought prone.
Human activities
There are many human activities as well that makes an area drought prone, deforestation being one of them. Over farming and deforestation leads to erosion and this affects the ability of the land or soil to hold the water. In arid regions of the world, erosion is mainly due to winds and this usually occurs in areas where there is little or no vegetation and in areas that generally receive insufficient rainfall that can support vegetation.
Climatic changes
Climatic changes like global warming can also trigger drought and this is likely to affect the entire world especially the developing countries of the world.
Drought Effects
Drought causes irreversible damages and some of these have already occurred in the history of mankind. It has severe agricultural, environmental, health, economic and social consequences. Drought causes water shortage and also affect the quality of the water of a place as low water levels increase the chances of contamination. Here are some of the effects that drought has:
Reduced crop productionDiminishes carry capacity of livestockDust storms and dust bowls thereby making the soil more prone to erosionFamine as less water would be available for irrigationDamage in ecosystem that affects both plant and animal lifeHunger as agricultural production would fall and less food would be available for consumptionDehydration and malnutritionMass migration of masses to a place with sufficient waterWild firesEconomical instability etc.
Drought means shortage of water and that affects the agricultural production. This means it causes hunger and famine and it also leads to spread of diseases. When people do not have enough water to drink or cook, they would not use water to maintain hygiene. Wildfires and forest fires are also common during drought. Drought causes migration and relocation as people start out for a home where there would not be any lack of water and where there would be enough food. Drought causes mountains to rise and this has happened in California. It also has severe social and economic impact especially in countries that have an agrarian economy and depend on rainfall for agriculture.
Drought Precautions
Water conservation is the most important drought precaution. Drought causes and precautions are related and you need to take actions accordingly. Stocking your home with extra bottles of water is a great idea and rain water harvesting is yet another great idea, provided it rains. You probably would not know if a drought is nearing if it rains. But rain water harvesting is a great way to conserve water. Make sure that there is no leak of holes in your water pipe system to prevent water wastage. Losing clean water during drought to commercial activities like fracking, also hurts the local residents.
Education people and controlling erosion and deforestation can go a long way in preventing droughts and attracting rainfall. Water pollution should be controlled and stopped at any means as humans and all other animals resort to lakes and ponds for water during a drought.

causes of draughts are
If there is draught people who had grown the crops should not been grow.
Then by this peoples should not be able to sell the beans, peas, grams, wheat and ect things.
when they did not sell this things like beas peas ,and gram, they not get the money and died.
people who are buying this things they also not get the food and they also died.
when the land becomes drought living beings also died and living creatures should also died.
All trees does not able to live because tress does not survive without water and glucose.
