Answer:

Causes of Dwindling Tiger Population in India

Explanation:

'Tiger', a dangerous name! We know that lion is the king of forest and tiger is sub - king of forest. These both kings save other animals and protect them. But, who will protect these kings?

Many tigers die due to various diseases. There are many diseases taking lives of such animals. Such diseases are very dreadful. There are not permanent measures available for such diseases. And so, these diseases have become one of the reasons of declining the number of tigers.

We know that, animals migrate either for preys or habitats. Man is destroying the trees and forests day by day. This is taking the habitat of tigers and all animals. They do not get suitable atmosphere and preys necessary for their existence. As a result, tigers have to lose their lives.

Some species of tigers are very rare. They are so rare that they can't be counted. In such species of tigers, genetic diversity or number of such rare species is low. It's because of diversity and threat to those species. Hence, they can't get a long life.

In many countries, tigers are hunted for their fur and bones. Hunting of tigers or any animals is illegal. The hunters get punishments but, those punishments are not enough able to get back lives of those tigers! This is one of the reasons of dwindling tiger population.

India is one and only one country in the world, which is not located near poles, but ice is present. In such parts of India like Himalayas and other parts, tiger can't live properly due to some atmospherical reasons. Some special species like polar tigers are found in such parts. But, those are also being declined.

In India, there are many sanctuaries of tigers. Here, tigers are preserved. But, due to these, tigers are not free to live in forests and according to them. They are bound to live in such sanctuaries. Such lack of protection is the cause of declining number of tigers.

In fact, there are many reasons behind this, but the main and important one is that threat of tigers. Tigers are not behaved like other animals. They are given a different treatment other than remaining animals. And this makes tiger feel lonely and becoming less. So, we should make them feel that they are not alone and their existence is important for not only is but also earth and life cycle on earth!
