After french the britishers had came so when the britishers became powerful first they attacked a king which state I forgot but that battle was known as battle of plassy so after that battle the britishers felt to confident and they thought that if they first attacked on Indians then up to that time the french would have became more powerful than them so they first attacked to the french and the britishers were strong with army and money so the french failed to rule India and britishers won
