Leaders who gave the state credit now began to charge 10 percent interest on their loans. So, the french government was obliged to spend a large amount ion its budgets on loan payments alone. Social divisions widened the gap between rich and poor. The French administration was extremely corrupt. It didn't give weightage to French Common mass.
