Sometimes the magma under the Earth's crust has developed an increase in pressure.So, there are some holes or vents on the surface of the Earth from where the magma comes out and becomes lava which solidifies to become rocks and so on. The rocks take the form of a mountain and that mountain is called a Volcano.
