In the given table you have asked for the difference between C3 and C4 plants. In the C3 plants, the bundle sheath doesn't contain chloroplast whereas in the leaves of c4 plants the bundle sheath contain chloroplast. In C3 plants here the carbon dioxide fixation takes place only at one place that is in the mesophyll cell of the leaves. In C4 plants, the carbon dioxide fixation takes places twice one in mesophyll cells, second in bundle sheath cells of the leaves.
