Hey
Firstly fill the hindi miduim columns
Subject : hindi (core)
Subject code : (is in your roll no slip)
Midium : hindi Midium
Code no and set no : (given on your question paper)
Then,
English Midium columns
Fill your name: in capital letters (according to roll no slip)
Roll no : (according to roll no slip)
Subject code: given on roll no slip)
Subject : (hindi)
School code (given on roll no slip)
Roll no in words, parents name (both are given on your roll no slip)
At last your sign ( according to your roll no sign)
