and height of the cylinder is h
Volume is 924 m^3
πr^2h = 924. (1)
Curved surface area = 264m^2
2πrh = 264
πrh = 264/2 = 132 m^2. (2)
dividing equation 2 by equation 1
πr^2h / πrh. = 924/132
by simplifying,
r = 7m.
diameter = 2*r = 2 * 7 = 14m
d = 14m.
