¤ Cdks , Cyclin, and ATP helps in regulation of cell cycle.

¤ the two important check points in cell cycle regulation is:

• G1/S transition
• G2/M transition..

But amongst these two the most important one is G1/S transition..
As it sees whether the cell is well prepared and mature I. E completed the I- phase to enter into S phase of the cell cycle..
