cells are findamental , structural and functional unit of life. To understand this let us take an example of a brick. when we place bricks over and over it results in a wall and when too many walls are joined together then we get a house thus we got a house by joining bricks thus it is structural and fundamental unit of house just like this cell results in life so they are structural and fundamental unit of life.
