CELL MOVEMENT

Any type of movement occurring at a cellular level in a living organism is known as cell movement.

INTRACELLULAR TRANSPORT

Movement of vesicles of other microscopic structures within the cell body is known intracellular transport. this is mostly observed in eukaryotic cells where various intracellular vesicles, organelles, protein rafts, mRNA, and  chromosomes tend to move in a certain direction.

ROLE OF KINESIN AND DYNEIN

A kinesin is a motor protein found in eukaryotic cells which help in the intracellular movements within the cell body and is powered by hydrolysis and ADP (Adenosine Di Phosphate).

A Dynein is also motor protein which help in intracellular movements. this mainly functions during the beating of the cilia or the flagella.

TRANSDUCTION MECHANISM

The process by which a foreign DNA is incorporated into a cell by a virus (bacteriophage).
