Cell Permeability when broken gives us cell and permeability.

All of us know what a cell is, don't we? Cell is the basic building block of our body. It's the basic structural and functional unit in our body. 

The second word is Permeability. Permeability is the ability to be permeable. But what's permeable?

Being Permeable is nothing but allowing certain liquids or gases to pass.

So, Cell Permeability overall is just the ability of the cell to allow certain substances in and out of the cell.
