Hi,

In C3 plants Calvin cycle occurs in mesophyll cells of the leaves while in C4 plants the Calvin cycle occurs in bundle sheath cells (A layer of cells surrounding the vascular bundles in leaves).

Explanation:

In C3 plants calvin cycle takes place in mesophyll cells.

In C4 plants the calvin cycle takes place in bundle sheath cell, as in bundle sheath cell RuBisCo is present,where calvin cycle takes place and for glucose.

(In C4 the primary Co2 acceptor is PEP which bind to it and form OAA which then converted in malic nd aspartic acid thes incident takes place in MESOPHYLL CELL,after this the malic acid is sent to BUNDLE SHEATH where calvin cycle is takes place....
