cell as a whole is like a factory. Each and every oranganelle has its own distinct, special function. withoutone another is of no use. think of a factory which has machines but no labouerers. Lysosomes are meant for killing pathogens ,but without the cell membrane a pathogen may not enter the cell.I hope this helps.
