Correct Because lumen are cavities present inside the cell. Cells of sclerenchyma have narrow lumen because sclerenchyma are highly lignified which leadsto compressing the cell and thus only narrow cavity is left.

Because of the deposition of cellulose , hemicellulose and lignin. The sclerenchyma toys cells are having narrow lumen. And they provide physical support to the plant parts.
