There is no pre-measured quantity of Cement, Sand, aggregates for 1 C.um of concrete. We can find out the volume of these materials by conducting a mix design.

The mix design again varies from one grade of concrete to another. However for nominal mixes we can use 1:2:4 for RCC here it is 1 part of cement, 2 parts of sand and 4 parts of aggregate so based on the size of the measuring boxes you can calculate the volume of materials required for one cubic meter of concrete.

As a thumb rule the dimensions of the measuring box shall be equal to volume of one bag of cement. in this manner you can calculate the amount of materials required for different grades of concrete.
