"Industrialization in Brazil started flourishing in the 19th century. Before the 1840s there was a limited production of industrial products and people were mostly involved in the cultivation of coffee, sugarcane, and manufacture of clothes on a small scale.

The advent of manufacturing companies in Brazil started after the 1840s with the centralization of industries in the south and southeast of Brazil mainly in the cities of Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, and later Sao Paulo.

The northeast part of Brazil is the weakest part of the country. Brazilian Industrial sector produces useful in automobiles, steel, petrochemicals, computers, and aircraft which brought economic stability and help the country prosper.
