also eq1 passes through(-3,-6)

:(-3+3)*2. + (-6+3) =a*2

0*2+(-3)*2=a*2

a=3

putting a=3 in eq1 we have :

(x+3)*2 +(y+3)*2 =3*2

solving we get

x*2 +y*2 +6x +6y +9 =0
