Centripetal acceleration = V²/r

V = Distance / time.

7 revolutions per minute.

1 revolution = 2 × 3.142 × 5 = 31.42m

7 revolutions = 7 × 22/7 × 2 × 5 = 220m

220 m in 60 second

In one second we have :

= 3.667 m/s

Centripetal acceleration = 3.667²/ 5 = 2.689m/s²

w = 7 \div 60 \times 2\pi \\  \\ w = 0.7 \\  \\ a = w ^{2}r \\ a = 2.68 \\ or \:  \\ a = 2.7ms {?}^{2}
