centrome occurs in centre part of chromosome. during cell division the chromatin present in nucleus condense to form thicker and makes chromosome. these chromosome divide itself with 2 xerox copy these xerox copy are tall like petals of flower, they are called chromatids, these chromatids attach to a single circle called centromere.
