1.For the Clay you can start by making a little mountain of sand with a hole in the middle,
then add a little water in between and start mixing then after 1 minute of mixing add more water on top (until sand is brownish) then start mixing.

Reminder:-
Add more Water if too dry and more sand if too wet.
