Overproduction of growth hormone leads to giantism. 
Underproduction of growth hormone leads to dwarfism.

cerebellum and medulla if have overproduction cause harm our body as u know that our brain is our CPU what happens if CPU gets heated a short circuit right? same as for brain though nothing like short circuit happens but the brain can't function anymore cause it's too tried and energy less to do that and if underproduction happens means that nerve won't be capable to receive or produce energy so if any of these happens it will probably effect the particular part of the body holding it.hope it helped u
