We have :

W = F s

Also :

F = ma

F = m ( v - u ) / t  [ v = u + a t ]

W = m ( v - u ) s / t

W = m ( v - u ) u

W = 20 ( 5 - 2 ) 5

W = 100 ( 3 ) J

W = 300 J

Hence work done  by the force is 300 J
