Force = mass × acceleration

By unit of force

Unit = kg m/sec² = Newton (N)

Work = Force × distance

Unit = Nsec = Newton second

= kg m/sec

Hence work is directly proportional to Mass and velocity.

Since Work = mass × velocity

Work1 = 20 × 5 = 100 Ns

Work2 = 20 × 2 = 40 Ns

Hence work done by W1 to W2 is

= 100 - 40 = 60 Ns
