Ch 5 Different kinds of Materials(Q.1) Sodium chloride salt is used for cooking. It is formed when hydrochloric acid is added to sodium hydroxide solution, both of which are corrosive in nature. But sodium chloride is not. Give Reasons ?​

when sodium hydroxide ( a base) is treated with hydrochloric acid ( acid ) then neutralization reaction occurs and a sure product is salt formed and they acidity and basicity will be no more and get neutralized as a result it is not corrosive but health wise good because of the presence if various minerals.
