Explanation:

Cooking is a chemical change, chemical reactions may involve absorption or evolution of heat and new substances are produced. For example for making a cake :- we mix together flour, sugar, eggs, oil ,baking powder nuts and flavours and put the batter in the oven for baking the original ingredients cannot be recovered from the cake . Thus , the change is Irreversible because heat causes chemical changes to occur within the substances
