1.a.He thought of these words while doing the packing himself. His friends did not lend a hand.

b. He was talking about being superior and teaching them how to pack properly.

c. No he didn't. This was because his friends did not help him . So there was no point of teaching them.

2.a.George

b. He said this after the author had finished packing.

c. No he wasn't. If he had been worried then he would have told Jerome to pack them in between.

3.b.First of all they broke the cups and plates.
