when u add even no. of terms there are alternate 1 and 0 terms.. no.of 1 = no. of 0 = n/2 .add 1 for n/2 times u get n/2
when u add odd nos of terms , u get no.of 1 = n-1/2 and no. of 0 = n+1/2,add 1 for n-1/2 times
