AS THEY ARE 7 HYDROCARBON BOND SO WE WILL USE HEPT
WE WILL START THE NUMBERING IN SUCH A WAY THAT THE DOUBLE BOND MAY GET LOWEST SUBSTITUTE

SO IT WILL BE NAMED AS HEPT - 1 ENE

ENE IS USED FOR DOUBLE BOND.
