I CANNOT SOLVE THIS QUESTION AS YOU HAVE NOT WRITTEN THE COMPOUNDS PROPERLY BUT I'LL TELL YOU HOW TO DO IT

1)LOCATE THE CARBON HAVING A +SIGN OR .(RADICAL ) ON IT

2) COUNT THE NO OF ALPHA HYDROGENS (ARE THE HYDROGEN ATOMS ATTACHED TO THE CARBON ATOMS THAT ARE DIRECTLY ATTACHED TO THE CARBOCATION)

3)THE CARBOCATION HAVING THE MOST NO OF ALPHA HYDROGENS WILL HAVE THE HIGHEST HYPER CONJUGATION

I HOPE THIS HELPS
