The major criteria for an aldehyde or a ketone to undergo aldol reaction is the presence of alpha hydrogen. As the mentioned compound does not have even a single alpha hydrogen therefore it will not undergo aldol condensation reaction

(CH3)3CHO is a tertiary alcohol. Aldol condensation is basically a reaction in which two identical reagents ( corbonyl compounds )aldehydes and alpha-hydrogen containing ketones reacts in presence of some cold dilute alkali (NAOH ,Ba (oH)2) with the elimination of small molecules as H2O,NH3 etc.
Alcohol can't give this reaction bcuz of absence of doubly-bonded (C=O)bond, for reduction .
