First one is :- Ethoxypropane
ROR is functional group of ether , give name in alphabetical order i mean ,ethylpropylether
here ethyl came first then propyl according to alphabetical order .
second one is :-4_hydroxybutanal
CHO at end shows that it is an aldehyde so this carbon will be carbon one and OH group is attached to carbon 4 so its name is 4_hydroxybutanal . "al" at the end shows aldehyde group
