CH₃CH₂I is more reactive than CH₃CH₂Cl.

The two reagents are CH₃CH₂I and CH₃CH₂Cl.

The carbocation parts that is CH₃CH₂⁺ are the same for both of them.

So, we should consider on the base of the anions ie I⁻ and Cl⁻.

Out of them I is bigger in size as it lies below Cl in the periodic table.

Due to this feature, I⁻ is a better leaving group as compared to Cl⁻.

So, the reaction undergone by CH₃CH₂I would obviously be faster than CH₃CH₂Cl and hence more reactive.
