chalk contain 10%calcium ,3%carbon and 12 %oxygen find the amount of carbon and calcium ( in gram)in 2 by 1/2 kg of chalk

Answer:

2,1÷2kg=2500g

10x+3x+12x=25x

25x=2500g

x=2500÷25

x=100

1000g calcium

300g carbon

1200g oxygen
