\frac{1}{8} and \frac{2}{4}  these two fractions are the answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the two numbers are = x (numerator) and y (denominator)

x + y = multiples of 3 ( 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18)

(x)(y) = multiples of 4 ( 4, 8, 12, 16)

If x = 1  and y = 8

\frac{1}{8} = (1+8) = 9  that is multiple of 3

and (1×8) = 8 that is multiple of 4

other fraction would be :

\frac{2}{4} = (2+4) = 6 that is multiple of 3

and (2×4) = 8 that is multiple of 4

\frac{1}{8} and \frac{2}{4}  these two fractions are the answer.
