How many animals are going to the river?

10 Animals

___________________

Explanation :

1 rabbit saw 9 elephant while going to river

9 elephant saw 3 monkey going to river

3 monkey holding 1 tortoise in each hand.

Here 9 elephant never goes to never, as they only saw 3 monkey going to river.

As each monkey having holding 1tortise in each hand .

Monkey having 2 hands

1 monkey = 2 tortoise

So 3 monkey holding 6 tortoise

1 Rabbit + 3 Monkeys + 6 tortoise = 10 animals

Tortoise are holded by monkey (as monkey is going to the river) so tortoise are also going to the river

\huge\tt\underline\red{answer}

\tt\green{Ur \: ans \: is \: 10}

Let's see how the puzzle is solved :-

1 rabbit saw 9 elephants while going to the river. It is only the rabbit, who is going to the river and not elephants. The puzzle never says the elephants are going to the river.

\tt\underline\pink{=>So  \: the \:  first  \: animal \:  is  \: Rabbit}

Now, every elephant, that is the 9 elephant, witnesses 3 same monkeys, who are going to the river.

\tt\underline\blue{=>So \:  3 \:  monkeys  \: are  \: going  \: to \:  the  \: river.}

•Then each monkey has a tortoise on each hand. A monkey has two hands. Hence, one monkey carries 2 tortoises. There are three monkeys in total.

\tt\underline\red{=>So  \: that’s \:  six \:  tortoises. }

\green{to \: sum \: up \: : - }

\tt\blue{1 + 3 + 6 = 10 \: animls}
