no. of full circles can be cut = Area of aluminium strip / area of one circle

= (35/4 *5/4 )/(22/7 * 5/8* 5/8) = 35*5*7*8*8/4*4*22*5*5 =98/11 = 8 10/11.

So, No. of full circle = 8 and 10/11 cm^2 is the waste of aluminium strip
