political parties facing challenges are
i lack of internal democracy
parties do not keep membership registers do not hold organizations sational meetings and do not conduct internal elections regularly.
ii dynastic succesion
leaders are in the position of unfair advantanges to favour people close to them or even their family members .
iii money and muscle power
during election parties are focused on winning elections they tend to use shortcuts to win elections. they raise lots of money or showing their muscle power.
iv meaningful choice
they offer a lot of things in elecrion time after that they forget it.
