The implementation of environmental laws in India is facing a number of challenges due to rise in in number of industries in the country with an increase in population and process of deforestation which is affecting the environment

  • There are number of laws that are passed by the government for protecting the environment and the bio-diversity in the country. The major problem in implementing the laws is the lack of knowledge and awareness among the people in the country
