Answer of this question with a correction ,
Total number of notes = 280
let 10 rs notes be x
and 5 rs notes be y
according to first condition ,
10x + 5y = 2100
2x + y = 420 ------(1)
according to second condition ,
x + y = 280 ------(2)
subtracting eq 2 from eq 1 we get ,
x = 140
putting this in eq 2 we get
y = 140
so 140 notes of each kind
