Answer: Chandragfupta Maurya and Bindusara

Explanation: Chanakya , also known as Kautilya and Vishnugupt was an philosopher, jurist and the chief advisor to the first ruler of Maurya dynasty   King Chandragupta. He later went on to become the advisor of Chandragupta's son Bindusara.

He was born to a Brahmin family from North India. He became a professor in the University of Taxila. He taught political science and economics in the university. He had immense knowledge in the field of vedas and politics

Chanakya played a crucial role in the downfall of Magadh dynasty and the rise of the Mauryan kingdom. At the time of his teaching in the university ,Alexander the Great attacked Taxila thereby forcing the king of Taxila and Gandhara, Ambhi to sign a treaty. This made Chanakya a bit upset and he travelled to Pataliputra to inspire King Dhana Nanda, of  Nanda Empire to fight against Alexander. Initially they had a healthy relationship but after few years Chanakya was insulted by the king and thrown out of the kingdom. Chanakya found it insulting and seek revenge.

He later on teamed up with Chandragupta Maurya to defeat the Nanda king and thus helped in establishing the Maurya kingdom.
